These Subscription Terms explain how paid access periods, subscription plans, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, grace periods, and access delivery work for Olga Ugrymova's Culinary Club, including access provided through Telegram-based tools, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, private Telegram channels, USPAS web platform, paid creator channels, and other official access interfaces.
These Subscription Terms apply to international payment flows connected with Olga Ugrymova's Culinary Club, including payments made through Stripe, PayPal, or another available international payment provider, unless different subscription terms are clearly displayed before payment.
By selecting a plan, starting a subscription, completing payment, using Stripe Checkout, PayPal, Robokassa, Telegram, Telegram Mini App, USPAS, or another official access interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Subscription Terms.

3. Nature of the Subscription
Olga Ugrymova's Culinary Club provides paid digital access to online content and digital membership materials.
Depending on the selected product or plan, access may be provided through:
- Telegram bot;
- Telegram Mini App;
- private Telegram channel or community;
- invite link;
- USPAS web platform;
- paid creator channel inside USPAS;
- another official access interface displayed before payment.
The subscription provides digital access only. No physical goods are shipped.
The main content and support are primarily provided in Russian, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service may offer different paid access options, including:
- monthly subscription;
- fixed-term access;
- one-time paid access for a specific period;
- trial access, if available;
- discounted access, if available;
- lifetime access, if clearly displayed before payment;
- access to a specific paid creator channel;
- access to a private Telegram channel or community;
- access through USPAS to a paid creator channel or digital content area.
Each plan may have its own:
- price;
- currency;
- billing period;
- access period;
- renewal rules;
- cancellation rules;
- payment method;
- delivery platform;
- included content;
- access limitations.
The exact plan conditions are shown before payment in the payment interface, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, USPAS platform, Stripe Checkout, PayPal, Robokassa, or another official checkout interface.
5. One-Time Access vs Recurring Subscription
The Service may be sold either as one-time paid access or as a recurring subscription.
5.1. One-Time Paid Access
If the selected plan is a one-time payment, the customer receives access for the period shown before payment.
After the paid period ends, access may expire automatically unless the customer purchases a new period.
One-time paid access does not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is clearly displayed and confirmed before payment.
5.2. Recurring Subscription
If the selected plan is a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes automatic renewal and recurring charges according to the billing period, price, currency, and renewal rules shown before payment.
A recurring subscription is created only if automatic renewal is clearly displayed before payment and confirmed by the customer through Stripe Checkout, PayPal, Robokassa, Telegram Mini App, USPAS, or another official payment interface.
6. Automatic Renewal
If the customer purchases a recurring subscription, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By starting a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the Seller and the selected payment provider to charge the customer's payment method automatically for each renewal period.
The billing period, amount, currency, renewal date, cancellation method, and access period are displayed before payment.
Automatic renewal may be processed by:
- Stripe;
- PayPal;
- Robokassa;
- another available payment provider displayed before payment.
The customer is responsible for cancelling the subscription before the next renewal date if they do not want to be charged again.
7. Access Period
The access period depends on the selected plan.
The access period may be:
- 1 month;
- 3 months;
- 6 months;
- 12 months;
- another fixed period;
- lifetime access, if clearly displayed before payment;
- another access duration displayed in the selected plan.
The access period normally starts after successful payment confirmation and technical activation of access.
Access may be provided through Telegram, Telegram Mini App, private Telegram channel, USPAS, paid creator channel, or another official access method connected with the purchased product.
8. Access Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, access is usually activated automatically.
Access may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Telegram bot;
- Telegram Mini App;
- private Telegram channel or community;
- invite link;
- USPAS web platform;
- paid creator channel inside USPAS;
- another official access interface displayed before payment.
For Telegram access, the customer may need to open the Telegram bot, follow bot instructions, use the Telegram Mini App, or join a private Telegram channel through an invite link.
For USPAS access, the customer may need to create or use a USPAS account and open the relevant paid creator channel.
Access is limited to the specific product, plan, channel, subscription, or digital content purchased by the customer.
Purchasing access to one channel, plan, Telegram community, or USPAS creator channel does not automatically grant access to all other channels, products, subscriptions, Telegram communities, or USPAS content areas.
9. Telegram Access
If access is provided through Telegram, the customer is responsible for having a working Telegram account and being able to open Telegram, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, private channel, or group.
Telegram is a third-party platform. Access through Telegram may depend on:
- Telegram availability in the customer's country;
- Telegram app functionality;
- Telegram account status;
- Telegram bot access;
- Telegram Mini App availability;
- private channel or group access;
- customer's Telegram settings;
- customer's device and internet connection.
If the customer blocks the Telegram bot, deletes the Telegram account, changes the Telegram username, cannot open Telegram, or fails to follow the access instructions, access may be interrupted.
Where available for the purchased product, support may help restore access or provide an alternative official access method, such as USPAS access.
10. USPAS Access
USPAS is a web-based platform used to provide access to paid creator channels and digital content.
If access is provided through USPAS, the customer may need to create or use a USPAS account in order to access the paid creator channel, payment history, subscription status, and digital content connected with the purchased product.
USPAS access may depend on:
- correct account email;
- successful login;
- active access entitlement;
- active paid channel membership;
- internet connection;
- browser compatibility;
- device compatibility;
- technical availability of the platform.
USPAS access is granted only after payment confirmation and only for the specific product, channel, plan, access period, or subscription purchased by the customer.

11. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Stripe;
- PayPal;
- Robokassa;
- bank card;
- other payment methods shown before payment.
International card payments may be processed through Stripe or another available international payment provider.
Payment details are entered directly into the secure interface of the payment provider. The Seller does not store full bank card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment card details.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected payment method has sufficient funds and can be charged for renewal payments where automatic renewal applies.
12. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
The price, currency, and billing period are displayed before payment.
Prices may vary depending on:
- selected plan;
- access period;
- country;
- currency;
- payment method;
- promotions;
- payment provider;
- taxes or fees where applicable.
International payments may be charged in EUR, USD, or another currency displayed before payment.
The Seller operates under the French Franchise en base de TVA regime. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly displayed at checkout, VAT is not charged separately.
The customer's bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion, card fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. These charges are not controlled by the Seller.
13. Cancellation
The customer may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date.
Cancellation may be available through one or more of the following methods:
- Telegram bot, if available;
- Telegram Mini App, if available;
- USPAS user account, if available;
- Stripe customer portal, if available;
- PayPal account or PayPal subscription settings, if applicable;

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. It does not automatically refund the current paid access period.
After cancellation, access usually remains active until the end of the already paid period, unless the Terms and Conditions are violated.
If the customer contacts support for cancellation, the request should be sent before the next renewal date and include enough information to identify the subscription.
14. No Automatic Refund After Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund.
The customer keeps access until the end of the already paid period, unless access is terminated earlier due to violation of the Terms and Conditions.

15. Failed Renewal Payments
If a recurring renewal payment fails, access may be temporarily suspended, restricted, or placed into a grace period.
A failed payment may occur because of:
- insufficient funds;
- expired card;
- blocked card;
- bank refusal;
- payment provider error;
- authentication failure;
- payment method removed by the customer;
- fraud prevention checks;
- technical payment issue.
The customer may need to update the payment method, repeat the payment, or contact support.
16. Grace Period
A grace period may be provided after a failed renewal payment.
During the grace period, access may remain temporarily active or partially active.
The duration of the grace period may vary depending on the selected plan, payment provider, platform, and technical setup.
A grace period is not guaranteed unless it is clearly displayed before payment or inside the access interface.
If payment is not completed before the grace period ends, access may expire, be suspended, or be removed automatically.
A grace period does not create a right to free access beyond the paid period.
17. Subscription Expiration
Access may expire when:
- the paid access period ends;
- the subscription is cancelled and the paid period ends;
- renewal payment fails and the grace period ends;
- the payment is refunded;
- the payment is disputed or charged back;
- the customer violates the Terms and Conditions;
- the plan or product is discontinued according to the Terms and Conditions;
- access is removed for abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing.
After expiration, the customer may lose access to:
- private Telegram channel or community;
- Telegram Mini App subscription features;
- Telegram bot access functions;
- USPAS paid creator channel;
- digital materials;
- payment-related access status;
- paid content connected with the expired plan.
18. Re-Subscription
After access expires, the customer may be able to purchase access again or start a new subscription.
Re-subscription may require:
- a new payment;
- updated payment method;
- new Telegram access activation;
- new USPAS account login;
- reactivation of the paid creator channel;
- confirmation of current plan terms.
Previous prices, discounts, bonuses, or access conditions may not be available for a new subscription unless clearly displayed.
19. Plan Changes
The Seller may offer plan upgrades, downgrades, or changes where available.
Plan changes may depend on the payment provider, platform, access method, and technical implementation.
If plan changes are available, the price difference, new billing period, access period, renewal date, and platform access conditions will be shown before confirmation where possible.
If plan changes are not available automatically, the customer may need to cancel the current subscription and purchase another plan.
20. Lifetime Access
If lifetime access is offered, it applies only if the term “lifetime” or an equivalent term is clearly displayed before payment.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the relevant product, club, channel, platform, or digital access system remains available and commercially operated.
Lifetime access does not mean:
- access to every future product;
- access to all future paid channels;
- access to all Telegram communities;
- access to all USPAS creator channels;
- guaranteed lifetime operation of Telegram, USPAS, hosting, payment providers, or third-party services;
- transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
Lifetime access may be subject to fair use, account rules, technical availability, and the Terms and Conditions.
21. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions
The Seller may offer trials, discounts, promotional prices, coupons, or special offers.
Promotional terms apply only as displayed before payment.
A promotional price may apply only to the first billing period or to a limited period.
After the promotion ends, the subscription may renew at the regular price if automatic renewal was clearly displayed and confirmed before payment.
The Seller may modify or end promotions at any time, without affecting already paid access periods.
22. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- reviewing the plan, price, currency, access period, renewal rules, and delivery method before payment;
- providing correct email, Telegram, USPAS, and payment information;
- keeping their Telegram, email, payment provider, and USPAS accounts secure;
- cancelling before the next renewal date if they do not want the subscription to renew;
- contacting support if access is not activated;
- not sharing access with third parties;
- not copying, redistributing, reselling, or publishing paid materials;
- complying with the Terms and Conditions and community rules.
23. Account and Access Matching
Access may be linked to the email address, Telegram account, Telegram ID, USPAS account, payment provider customer ID, or another identifier used during payment.
If the customer uses different emails, Telegram accounts, or USPAS accounts, access may not appear automatically in the expected place.
Support may help identify and correct account matching issues, but the customer must provide enough information to verify the payment and account.
The customer should not create duplicate accounts or use different contact details unless instructed by support.
24. Refunds and Subscription Payments
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy: https://club.ugrymova.ru/en/refund-policy
Subscription payments, renewal payments, and digital access payments may be non-refundable once access has been provided, activated, used, or made technically available, except where required by applicable law or approved under the Refund Policy.
Refunds are not automatic after cancellation.
The customer should contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access, the Seller may suspend or terminate access while the dispute is reviewed.
The Seller may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including:
- payment confirmation;
- selected plan;
- subscription terms;
- access activation logs;
- Telegram access status;
- USPAS access status;
- legal page acceptance;
- refund policy;
- customer communication;
- order and payment records.
False or abusive disputes may result in permanent termination of access.
26. Changes to Plans and Subscription Terms
The Seller may update available plans, prices, billing periods, access methods, delivery platforms, and subscription conditions.
Changes do not affect an already paid access period unless required by law or expressly agreed by the customer.
For recurring subscriptions, the Seller may notify customers of material price or subscription changes where required by applicable law or payment provider rules.
Continued use of the Service after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated conditions.
27. Service Availability
The Seller aims to keep access available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may be affected by:
- Telegram outages;
- Telegram account restrictions;
- Telegram bot or Mini App limitations;
- USPAS platform maintenance;
- hosting issues;
- internet provider issues;
- payment provider issues;
- browser or device problems;
- security updates;
- technical maintenance;
- force majeure events.
Where technically possible and commercially reasonable, the Seller may provide support, restore access, or offer another official access method.
28. Termination for Violation
Access may be suspended or terminated without refund if the customer:
- shares access with third parties;
- copies, distributes, resells, or publishes paid materials;
- violates intellectual property rights;
- abuses other members or support;
- violates community rules;
- attempts to bypass payment or access controls;
- provides false information;
- commits fraud or payment abuse;
- violates the Terms and Conditions.
