These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of paid digital access to Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club, including related digital culinary materials, paid creator channels, private communities, Telegram-based access tools, Telegram bots, Telegram Mini App, USPAS web platform access, subscription management tools, and other official access interfaces.

By selecting a plan, clicking a payment button, completing payment through Stripe, PayPal, Robokassa, or another available payment provider, joining a private Telegram channel, using a Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, USPAS account, USPAS paid channel, or any related access interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to international payments and international card payment flows connected with Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club, including access provided through Telegram and/or through the USPAS platform.

Russian domestic payments may be processed under separate Russian-language terms where the seller is Individual Entrepreneur Konovalova Olga Leonidovna. These Terms apply specifically to international payments and access provided through the international payment flow, unless another seller is clearly displayed before payment.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, the Subscription Terms also apply.

French-language legal pages may also be available for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between different language versions, the version displayed and accepted by the Customer at checkout applies to that purchase.

3. Payment and Access Flow

The main Russian-language Service Website is available at: https://club.ugrymova.ru/

The International Payments Information Page is available at: https://club.ugrymova.ru/en/international-payments

After selecting a product, plan, paid channel, or access option, the Customer may be redirected to one of the official payment or access interfaces, including:

  • Telegram bot;
  • Telegram Mini App;
  • USPAS web platform;
  • Stripe Checkout;
  • PayPal;
  • Robokassa;
  • another payment provider or official access interface displayed before payment.

For international card payments, the Customer may be redirected to Stripe Checkout or another available international payment provider.

After successful payment confirmation, access may be provided through Telegram, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, private Telegram channel, invite link, USPAS user account, USPAS paid creator channel, or another official access method clearly connected with the purchased product.

The exact access method depends on the selected product, payment method, region, technical availability, and access interface used by the Customer.

4. Definitions

Service means paid digital access to Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club, including private culinary content, paid creator channels, private Telegram channels, Telegram communities, Telegram bot access, Telegram Mini App access, USPAS web platform access, recipes, educational posts, videos, photos, PDF files, guides, and other digital materials.

Club / Community means Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club and/or a selected private channel, paid creator channel, private Telegram community, or digital club area made available to the Customer.

Plan means a paid access option displayed before payment, including price, currency, access period, renewal rules, delivery method, and other relevant conditions.

English Service Website means https://club.ugrymova.ru/en, where customers can review information about Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club, access conditions, support information, and legal documents in English.

Main Russian-language Service Website means https://club.ugrymova.ru/, the main Russian-language website of Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club.

International Payments Page means https://club.ugrymova.ru/en/international-payments, where international customers and payment providers can review the payment flow, seller information, author information, access methods, and legal document links.

Telegram Bot means the official Telegram bot used for payment, access status, notifications, support, or subscription management, including @ugrymova_kk_bot and/or another official bot displayed to the Customer.

Telegram Mini App means the interface opened inside Telegram and used for payment, subscription status, access management, and related customer actions.

USPAS means a web-based platform used to provide access to paid creator channels, digital content, subscription status, payment history, and access management where available for the selected product.

Access System means the technical flow used to manage payment confirmation, subscription status, Telegram access, USPAS access, invite links, paid channel access, and customer access to private digital materials.

Stripe means the payment processor that may be used to accept international card payments and other supported payment methods.

PayPal means the payment provider that may be used to accept international payments where available.

Robokassa means a payment provider that may be used for certain domestic or regional payment methods where available.

5. Language of the Service

Olga Ugrymova’s Culinary Club is primarily a Russian-language digital culinary club/community.

The website may contain Russian, English, and French information pages. However, the main club content, posts, recipes, educational materials, Telegram bot flow, Telegram Mini App, USPAS creator channel content, and customer support are provided primarily in Russian, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By purchasing access, the Customer understands and agrees that the main content of the Club is in Russian.

6. Description of the Service

The Service provides paid digital access to private informational, educational, culinary, nutrition-related, lifestyle, wellness, and community materials.

The materials may include, without limitation:

  • recipes;
  • cooking guides;
  • meal ideas;
  • nutrition-related educational materials;
  • home food organization materials;
  • culinary tips and instructions;
  • text posts;
  • photos, videos, audio files, PDF files, and other digital materials;
  • private Telegram channel posts;
  • USPAS paid creator channel posts;
  • bonus materials and updates;
  • access through Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, USPAS, or another official access interface.

The exact content, access period, price, currency, included materials, and delivery method are displayed on the English Service Website, the Main Russian-language Service Website, inside the Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, USPAS platform, Stripe Checkout, PayPal, Robokassa, or another official payment interface before payment.

The Seller and/or Author may change the format, volume, schedule, frequency, and content of the materials unless a specific plan description expressly guarantees otherwise.

7. No Medical Advice

The materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, individual nutrition consultation, dietary prescription, psychological advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, or other healthcare professional.

The Customer is solely responsible for considering personal health conditions, allergies, food intolerances, contraindications, pregnancy, medication use, medical restrictions, and any other individual circumstances before applying any information, recipe, recommendation, or material.

The Seller and Author do not guarantee individual health, nutrition, weight, lifestyle, or wellness results.

8. Eligibility

By purchasing or using the Service, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into a contract;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you will use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • you will not share, resell, copy, redistribute, publish, transfer, or provide access to third parties without written permission.

9. Contract Formation and Acceptance

A contract is formed when the Customer completes one or more of the following actions:

  • selects a Plan;
  • clicks a payment, subscription, checkout, join, or access button;
  • confirms agreement to these Terms;
  • completes payment through Stripe, PayPal, Robokassa, or another available payment method;
  • receives technical access to the private Telegram club/community;
  • receives technical access to a paid creator channel or digital content through USPAS;
  • uses any official access interface connected with the purchased product.

The final price, currency, access period, access method, payment method, and renewal rules are displayed before payment.

If the information on a marketing page differs from the information displayed at checkout, the checkout information applies to that purchase.

Payment confirmation means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

10. Access Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, access is provided automatically or manually through one or more official access methods, which may include:

  • Telegram bot;
  • Telegram Mini App;
  • private Telegram channel or community;
  • invite link;
  • USPAS web platform;
  • paid creator channel inside USPAS;
  • another official access interface displayed before payment.

Access is usually provided shortly after payment confirmation but may take up to 24 hours due to technical processing, payment confirmation, Telegram limitations, USPAS account verification, incorrect customer data, payment provider processing, or manual verification.

The access period begins when the Customer receives technical ability to join, open, or use the private club, paid channel, community, or digital content area, unless another start date is clearly displayed before payment.

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address, Telegram username, Telegram ID, USPAS account details, or other information required to provide access.

If access cannot be provided because the Customer provided incorrect data, blocked the Telegram bot, deleted or restricted the Telegram account, did not complete the required Telegram steps, used the wrong USPAS account, or failed to complete account verification, the Customer must contact support and provide corrected information.

11. Telegram, USPAS, and Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on Telegram, USPAS, Stripe, PayPal, Robokassa, hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, database providers, authentication providers, and other third-party services.

Telegram is a third-party platform. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, account bans, regional limitations, Telegram outages, Telegram Mini App problems, Telegram bot restrictions, or policy changes caused by Telegram.

USPAS is a web-based access platform used for paid creator channels and digital content delivery. Access through USPAS may depend on account login, internet connection, device compatibility, hosting availability, browser functionality, and technical availability of the platform.

The Seller is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, technical errors, connection issues, or policy changes caused by third-party services. However, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to provide support, restore access where possible, or offer an alternative official access method where available for the purchased product.

12. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed before payment and may vary depending on the selected Plan, country, currency, payment method, taxes, promotions, or payment interface.

International card payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another available international payment provider displayed before payment.

Certain domestic or regional payments may be processed through Robokassa or another available provider, where displayed before payment.

Card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure payment interface. The Seller does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment card details.

Unless otherwise stated, international payments may be charged in EUR, USD, or another currency displayed before payment.

Payment is made as 100% prepayment before access is provided.

The Seller operates under the French Franchise en base de TVA regime. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly displayed at checkout, VAT is not charged separately.

The Seller may change prices and plans at any time. Price changes do not affect an already paid access period, unless required by law or expressly agreed by the Customer.

13. One-Time Payments and Subscriptions

The Service may be offered as:

  • a one-time payment for a fixed access period;
  • a recurring subscription with automatic renewal;
  • a limited-time membership;
  • another paid access model clearly displayed before payment.

A recurring subscription is created only if this is clearly displayed before payment and the Customer confirms the subscription through Stripe Checkout, PayPal, Robokassa, Telegram Mini App, USPAS, or another official payment interface.

If automatic renewal is not enabled or not displayed at checkout, the access period ends automatically at the end of the paid period.

14. Automatic Renewal

If the Customer purchases a recurring subscription, the Customer authorizes the Seller and Stripe, PayPal, Robokassa, or another available payment provider to charge the selected payment method automatically for each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.

The billing period, amount, currency, renewal frequency, cancellation method, and access period are displayed before payment.

The Customer may cancel automatic renewal before the next billing date through one of the available methods:

  • Telegram bot, if available;
  • Telegram Mini App, if available;
  • USPAS user account, if available;
  • Stripe customer portal, if available;
  • PayPal account or PayPal subscription settings, if applicable;
  • support email: artsimpo@mail.ru or sergeinfrance@gmail.com.

Cancellation of automatic renewal does not cancel or refund the current paid period. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period, unless these Terms are violated.

If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended or terminated after the current paid period or after any grace period displayed by the Seller.

15. Refunds, Cancellation, and Right of Withdrawal

Because the Service provides digital content and/or digital service access, refunds after access has been provided may be limited.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital content or digital services, if you expressly request immediate access before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that access may begin immediately, your right of withdrawal may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Service, including texts, recipes, images, videos, audio, files, posts, guides, designs, and other content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the Customer.

The Customer may use the materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Customer must not:

  • copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the materials;
  • provide access to third parties;
  • upload materials to public websites, social networks, messengers, file-sharing services, or cloud storage;
  • use the materials for commercial purposes;
  • create commercial derivative works based on the materials;
  • attempt to bypass access controls or payment systems;
  • attempt to copy, scrape, export, or automatically download content from Telegram, USPAS, or any official access interface.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

17. Community Rules

The Customer agrees not to post or send spam, advertising, offensive content, illegal content, harassment, threats, defamatory statements, or any content that violates the rights of other people or the rules of the community.

The Customer also agrees not to:

  • abuse other members;
  • share screenshots or private materials publicly without permission;
  • disclose private community content;
  • impersonate another person;
  • interfere with the technical operation of Telegram, USPAS, or any access interface;
  • use the Service in a way that harms the Author, Seller, other members, or the community.

The Seller may remove the Customer from the community or restrict access without refund if the Customer violates these Terms, shares access, distributes materials, abuses other members, or harms the Service.

18. Availability and Technical Changes

The Seller aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Telegram outages, USPAS platform updates, payment provider issues, hosting issues, force majeure, internet provider issues, or other technical circumstances.

The Seller may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service if needed for technical, legal, security, operational, or business reasons.

If one access method becomes unavailable, the Seller may, where technically possible and commercially reasonable, provide access through another official access method, such as Telegram or USPAS, depending on the purchased product.

19. Customer Support

Support requests should be sent to:

For support requests, the Customer should include:

  • email used for payment;
  • Telegram username or Telegram ID, if Telegram access is used;
  • USPAS account email, if USPAS access is used;
  • payment date;
  • selected Plan;
  • selected access platform, if known;
  • payment amount and currency;
  • Stripe receipt, PayPal transaction ID, Robokassa payment ID, payment ID, or order number, if available;
  • description of the issue.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for:

  • Customer’s individual results from using the materials;
  • health, allergy, nutrition, cooking, or lifestyle consequences of applying the information;
  • Telegram restrictions, outages, account blocks, or technical failures;
  • USPAS login issues caused by incorrect account data, device problems, browser restrictions, or internet connection issues;
  • incorrect data provided by the Customer;
  • inability to access due to Customer’s device, internet connection, account settings, Telegram settings, browser settings, or regional restrictions;
  • third-party payment, hosting, messaging, authentication, database, or platform failures;
  • indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

The Seller’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant access period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

21. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms: https://club.ugrymova.ru/en/privacy-policy

By purchasing or using the Service, the Customer understands that personal data may be processed for payment, access management, Telegram access, USPAS access, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe, PayPal, Robokassa, or another available payment provider. The Seller does not store full bank card details.

22. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, Telegram restrictions, payment system outages, hosting failures, internet provider failures, cyberattacks, legal restrictions, platform outages, or other extraordinary circumstances.

23. Changes to These Terms

The Seller may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the English Service Website.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version available at the time of payment, unless mandatory law or a later agreement provides otherwise.

Continued use of the Service after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country provide otherwise.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts according to applicable law.
